If you need help using the app, managing your diet plan, or resolving technical issues, you can find answers below.

 

Getting Started

 

How do I create my LiveLite account?

​

Your account is created by your dietician after your consultation.
You will receive login credentials via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

If you haven’t received them, please contact your dietician or our support team.

How do I log in to the app?

  1. Open the LiveLite app

  2. Enter your registered mobile number or email

  3. Enter your password

  4. Tap Login

 

If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option.

Diet Plan & Nutrition

 

Where can I see my diet plan?

 

Once logged in, your personalized diet plan is available in the Diet Plan section of the app.

Your dietician may update it periodically based on your progress.

 

My diet plan is not visible

 

Possible reasons:

  • Your dietician has not published the plan yet

  • Your plan is currently being updated

  • Temporary sync issue

Try refreshing the app. If the problem continues, contact support.

 

Can I request changes to my diet plan?

 

Yes. If a food item does not suit you or you want alternatives, please message your dietician through the app chat or contact the clinic.

 

Reminders & Notifications

 

Why am I receiving reminders?

 

The app sends reminders to help you:

  • Follow your diet schedule

  • Drink water

  • Track meals

  • Stay consistent with your health plan

 

I am not receiving reminders

 

Please check:

  1. Notifications are enabled in your phone settings

  2. The app has permission to send notifications

  3. Your phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode

If reminders still don’t work, reinstall the app or contact support.

 

Progress Tracking

 

How can I track my progress?

 

The app allows you to track:

  • Weight changes

  • Measurements

  • Nutritional progress

  • Health reports

 

You can view charts in the Progress section.

 

Technical Issues

 

The app is not working properly

 

Try the following steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app

  2. Check your internet connection

  3. Update the app to the latest version

  4. Restart your phone

 

If the issue persists, please contact support.

 

Payments & Subscriptions

 

How do I renew my diet program?

 

You can renew your program through your dietician or clinic.

In some cases, renewal links may also be shared through WhatsApp or inside the app.
